You can hire as little or as much as you want from us. We're happy to guide you on designs, or leave it all up to you...

We know that having a 'vision' and actually getting the room to look exactly how you imagined it can be difficult, which is why we've set up four different showrooms in completely different colours, using different table accessories and a different table centre in each. A member of staff will always be on hand to assist, our advice is free and without obligation!

Outside of the above times please call the showroom on 01495 619119- staff are often working outside these hours and will see you when possible. Please DO NOT turn up ourside of the above hours without ringing ahead, as the showroom will be locked.

NOTE TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS: You're most welcome to come and browse our show area's and accesory showroom during the above open times, but not to discuss your final requirements or complete a full consultation. For this, please email us for a private appointment time when one of our staff will see you without the interuption of other customers.

Unlike other 'planning' consultants who charge a substantial fee for suggesting idea's, sourcing goods and being there on the day to ensure it comes together, we do it free of charge. WHY? Once you've looked at the website photos,(don't forget there are far more on facebook than on this site and we publish a weekly picture diary on facebook)  if you'd like to get in touch please email us at wow@weddingwow.co.uk and tell us the following information

1.What is the date/venue and postcode of your wedding?

2. What would you REALLY want on your wedding day.... give us your ultimate wish list.If you've had quotes for any of those services please tell us who/price if you want us to try to match/beat the price.

3. Please include pictures of items you like. We can only quote for floristry items if you send a picture. " A brides bouquet and 3 bridesmaids" doesn't allow us to quote because we don't have any idea of flowers/size etc! (we don't need to know what colour sash you want at this stage, just how many, whether you want table runners and top table swag)

4. We will email you a quote. We KNOW you'll be surprised at what you can afford by using a single supplier for all your goods. When you're happy with your quote you can secure the date with a small deposit. We will be happy to give you a free appointment to discuss ideas and show you HUNDREDS of photos if you're struggling to achieve your look.This will normally be closer to your wedding date as idea's are updated weekly.
