The terms are conditions below relate to all bookings for chic sweets desert tables.

By booking a Chic sweet desert table, you accept responsibility for the hired goods from the time of delivery to the time of collection, regardless of whether you present and/or at the same location at all times.

All packages include sweets listed in the package price.

When a weight of sweets is indicated, you chose a selection of any of the sweets on the list up to a maximum of the weight shown in the package.

Where no specific selection of sweets is indicated, we will chose a wide selection of sweets from the list to the maximum weight allowed in the package.

Where specific choices of sweets are made we will do our utmost to fulfil your requests however it may be necessary from time to time to vary your choices due to circumstances beyond our control. (eg supplier out of stock, item no longer available for sale etc). If this happens we will substitute for a similar sweet, to the same or greater value. It will not always be possible to inform you if we substitute an item.

All packages (EXCEPT VASE HIRE ONLY ) include a 5ft or 6ft table, cloth in white ivory or black (white used if none specified) a runner in your colourscheme, a selection of glass jars and vases which are chosen to compliment the table and sweets. Any sweets without individual wrappers are provided with a metal sweets scoop to enable your guests to pick them out hygienically.

You will also get up to 100 paper sweet bags provided.

Any left over sweets are yours to bag and keep, but any remaining when we collect goods the following morning will be disposed of for hygiene reasons.

A bond is payable, which is normally £150 but can be up to £200 depending on package- The bond will be returned in the manor it is paid within 48 hrs of safe collection of goods.

Where we suffer a loss of goods in excess of the value of the bond taken, you agree to pay the remainder of the outstanding loss, which will be billed to you and must be paid within 14 days. Failure to pay the outstanding debt will result in us taking court action to recover the money, and we regret there are no exceptions to this rule.

FACEBOOK OFFER SEPT/1 - Bond payable is £150 which will be returned upon safe return of hire goods, losses will be deducted from the bond as shown above.
