We now offer a bespoke service to couples who want their Sweet table to be remembered for the RIGHT reasons.

Chocolate fountains are so last year! Our sweet tables provide a sweet and savory snack for both adults and kids, and you'll see many happy faces as they return to top up their treat bags time and time again!

Costing far less than a chocolate fountain (and less than providing everyone with a desert) this eye catching display of jars, scoops and bags is bound to have every mouth watering.

  • 5ft table hire with cloths/ swags/ runner/ crystals or other decorations which theme with your room setup. Several quality glass sweet containers - depending on what size package you want, and metal sweet scoop, all arranged to look professional and provide a great visual impact.

  • Personalised signs welcoming your guests to the table and issuing instructions to help themselves but politely reminding them of the number of guests! Chic sweety bags or bowls- your choice.Multiple containers of various sweets and goodies, bespoke choices tailored to your needs.

  • Sweets are not the only choice on our chic treats table! (chocolates and savory snacks also included)

This option contains 7kg of sweets and 3 jars /bowls of savory snacks - it will provide 50 guests with ample choice/quantity

  •  EXECUTIVE £210. Fully themed table decoration, 10 glass jars filled with sweets from a list, 10 metal sweet scoops, 5 jars/plates of 'adult' treats from a list of choices. PLUS personalised signs welcoming your guests to the table, and sweet bags or bowls. This option contains 10kg of sweets / chocolates plus 5 jars/ plates of savories, and is recommended for up to 75 guests

  •  PRESTIGE £265. Fully themed table decoration, 13 glass jars filled with sweets (or quality chocolates) from a list, 13 metal sweet scoops, 8 jars/plates of 'adult' treats from a list of choices. PLUS personalised signs welcoming your guests to the table, and sweet bags or bowls. Please note that if you want all your sweets the same colour, you will need to chose this option.  This option contains 13kg of sweets / chocolates and 8 jars/ bowls of savories. It is recommended for up to 100 guests

  •  Ultimate- £295. 16 glass jars filled with sweets (or quality chocolates from a list), 16 scoops,  12 jars of savory snacks plus personalised signs to welcome your guests. (16kg sweets/ chocolates plus 12 jars/bowls of savory, recommended for up to 150 guests

FAQ's for CHIC SWEET Tables setup by us at your wedding.

q) How long will I get the chic sweet table for?

a) The table will be professionally set-up and 'loaded' with your goodies in time for your arrival at the venue, and we will usually collect the following morning. Longer periods of hire, and refills of the goody containers are available but extra costs will be incurred, please enquire.


q) What happens to any remaining sweets/ goodies?

a) You are free to empty any sweets left over into the bags and keep them. Any goods still on the chic sweet bar when we collect the following day will be disposed of for hygeine reasons.


q) Can i hire the table and sweet jars / scoops and fill them myself?

a) Yes, price upon application by email stating venue, date, and how many of each vase is required, with a basic idea of how you want it decorated.


q) Can i keep the scoops/ jars?

a) The table, all table decór, jars/vases/plates and scoops are on HIRE. You will be required to pay a bond which will be returned upon safe collection/return of all goods. Please enquire or see full terms and conditions for further info.


q) What else should i be aware of?

a) You should be aware that this is no ordinary 'sweet trolley'... we dont do trashy! Your guests should be prepared for these sensational treats to tickle their pallets .... and end up on their wastelines... trust us, one visit to this scrumptious bar wont be enough!


q) What deposit is payable?

a) £30 deposit, payable online (see pay deposit page) or over the telephone by card, please call 01495 619119 during showroom opening hours. 


q) can i have all my sweets the same colour?

a) Only the prestige and ultimate packages are available fully colour themed, with all your sweets and chocolates a variation of the same colour- we have many stockists and will advise on an individual basis if this is possible. (for instance, if your colour theme is grey I'm pretty sure we won't be able to do it!!)
